Paulina Kairys presents another kickass steel mace workout! While this workout is not exactly for mace beginners, as it involves complex mace exercises, Paulina does a great job explaining the exercises so even newbies to mace training will be able to follow along.
This workout is 45 minutes long, and it involves both steel mace exercises and compound bodyweight exercises. The workout starts with a dynamic warm up and movement prep, then the real workout begins, which is 2 circuits with 3 exercises in each and a traditional steel mace finisher.

10 Minute Dynamic Warm Up
5 Minute Movement Prep
Circuit 1:
Battle Lunges
Loaded Beast to Vertical Jump
Mace Crossovers to Push Up
- 45 seconds work, 20 seconds rest x 3 rounds
Circuit 2:
Switch Squat to Curtsy Lunge w/ Archer
Lateral Monkey Crawls
Half-Kneeling Press to Windmill
- 45 seconds work, 20 seconds rest x 3 rounds
Finisher:
3 minutes straight of mace 360s (choke up on the handle if it gets tough for you!)
