1. Copyright Protection

Please send DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent through our Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice". For faster processing, please include all required information in a clear, structured format.

Important: Since OStreamHub embeds content from third-party platforms, we strongly recommend also submitting a DMCA notice directly to the original hosting platform (YouTube, Dailymotion, etc.) where the content is actually hosted.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate user accounts at our sole discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they access or stream through our Service does not violate applicable copyright laws. We provide a platform for streaming content, but we do not control, monitor, or verify the copyright status of content available through third-party sources.

You agree not to use our Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. You acknowledge that accessing or streaming copyrighted content may require permission from the copyright owner, depending on the jurisdiction and specific use case.

We act solely as an intermediary service provider that embeds and streams content from third-party sources in accordance with their terms of service and applicable laws.

The content displayed on our platform is embedded from platforms such as YouTube and Dailymotion. Any copyright inquiries regarding specific content should be directed to the original hosting platform where the content is actually stored and managed.
