Daring Chase: Motorcycle Rider Flees CHP in Bakersfield 🚓

On December 2, 2024, in Bakersfield California, a Highway Patrolman attempted to stop a red moped going the wrong way on the Chester Avenue one-way frontage road. The rider refused to stop and fled on the moped evading the officer going through a gas station and the wrong way in traffic.
The moped turned westbound on the eastbound offramp to Highway 58 near H and Richland Street. The female passenger jumped off the moped on the offramp and the rider Identified as Zachary Taylor Strong continued fleeing eastbound on Highway 58.
