Chase in San Diego: Highway Patrol Pursues Ram and Subaru 🚓

On July 09, 2024, in San Diego, California Highway Patrol officers were briefed following their shift about a Subaru WRX that had fled from CHP and law enforcement agencies and managed to evade capture multiple times.
The next day July 10th at around 6:00 am, CHP officers spotted the black Subaru on State Highway 163 and attempted traffic stop but the driver refused stop fleeing from officers recklessly at high speeds, driving the wrong way multiple times with no regard for public safety. The chase ultimately ended when an Officer rammed into the passenger side of the Subaru, spinning the car out and ending the pursuit. The driver Rosales Ernesto Barrera was arrested and booked into the San Diego Central Jail on the following charges:
