Best Ever Anzac Biscuits 🍪 | Easy & Delicious Recipe

Best ever Anzac Biscuits, popular Australian and New Zealand biscuits. It’s so delicious that you’ll cook it over and over again! It has buttery caramel flavour, crunchy outside, chewy inside and has nice golden colour. Believe me you’ll be addicted and can’t stop eating.

Ingredients:
1 cup (100g) rolled oats
1 cup (150g) flour
1 cup (100g) thread coconut
1 cup (170g) soft brown sugar
125g butter
¼ cup (60ml) golden syrup
2 tbsp boiling water
½ tsp baking soda

Bake in the oven 160C/325F fanbake for about 20 – 25 min.
