Anzac Biscuits Recipe 🍪 | Easy & Classic

these Anzac biscuits are crunchy on the outside. chewy on the inside. really easy to make. tastes like the good old days. recipe written below

pre heat oven 180 degrees c
cookie trays with baking paper

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup coconut
....
125g butter chopped
1 table sp golden syrup
1 table sp treacle
....
2 table sp boiling water
1/2 tea sp baking soda or bi carb soda
....
bake approx 12 mins til golden brown...mine took 10 mins in my electric oven
store in airtight container or tin lined with paper. last approx 1 week
