- 300g butter
- 2/3 cup golden syrup
- 2 tsp baking soda

1. Start by popping the butter and golden syrup into the microwave for 2-3 minutes until it's hot and bubbly.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, coconut, oats, and sugar.
3. Stir 2 tsp of baking soda into your hot butter mixture. Watch it fizz and bubble up! ✨
4. Pour the bubbly butter mix into your dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
5. Roll the mixture into balls, using about 1 tablespoon for each. Place them on a lined baking tray.
