You'll need a pair(s) dumbbells for this workout and we recommend going moderate to heavy for each exercise. The challenge in this workout is to complete each exercise while only resting during the designated rest periods. If you find that it is getting too difficult, you can follow Toya for modifications or take a quick pause during the interval.
