This one hits different. We’re turning up the intensity with a full body HIIT workout that needs no equipment. Each move comes in pairs: standard version followed by a tougher variation that forces your body to level up. Squats into jump squats. Shoulder taps into push up shoulder taps.
You’ll feel your strength build and your conditioning improve as you push through. By the time you’re done, you’ll know you pushed yourself, and that’s what feels good.
