Written guide:
To deactivate the Burnley Comms Tower go around the side of the tower.
Use the remote batclaw to create a zipline above the window.
Use the zipline to break through the window and hack the terminal using the cryptographic sequencer.
Use the batclaw to open the vent and get to the vent.
Go through the ventilation shaft and up the stairs to the room with the terminal in it. Use the cryptographic sequencer to deactivate the Burnley Comms Tower.
