Port of Spain Prison to Be Decommissioned 🚧

Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander revealed on Thursday afternoon that cabinet has agreed to the decommissioning of the Port of Spain prison. <br /><br /><br />He said the first phase will involve the removal of prisoners to the Maximum Security Prison in Arouca, which will be upgraded.
