Police officers at the Central Police Station in Port of Spain and their next door neighbours in the Police Administration Building on Sackville Street were virtually left in the dark overnight into Tuesday morning.<br /><br />So what's the reason for this outage that clearly could have posed a security risk to officers?<br /><br />Mark Bassant has the story.
