If you’re short on time and you still wanna do something good for your body today, then you’re in luck! This standing workout is gonna be your best friend. In just 14 minutes, this will work your whole body in a HIIT-style workout routine, so you’re getting that strength and cardio all at once. Even though it’s just under 15min, you can still feel that burn and will make you feel more energized throughout the day. You won’t be needing any mat with this one since this is a no-jumping workout routine. Your knees will surely thank you!
