This is 15 minutes of actual work. No equipment, no fluff, just a full-body bodyweight workout designed to build strength, burn fat, and test your conditioning. Do your absolute best to keep up with me as we go through this workout. If you need to stop at anytime, that's fine, just pause the video to catch your breath and resume when ready. BUT DO NOT QUIT!

Every round hits something different:

1. Lower body
2. Upper body push
3. Core
4. Posterior chain
5. Upper body pull (yes, without equipment)
6. Full-body finisher

If you can keep moving the entire time, you’re in a different category.

Workout Structure:

6 rounds
4 exercises per round
30 seconds each
30 seconds rest between rounds

Simple. Brutal. Effective.
