Sour Curd -11/2 cup
Salt to taste
Haldi-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Water-7-8 cups
Oil-1-2 tbspn
Jeera-1 tsp
Ajwain-1/2 tsp
Saunf-1/2 tsp
Methidana-1/2 tsp
Ginger chopped -1 tsp
Garlic chopped-1 tsp
Green chilly-2-3
Tamarind water

Pakode:-
Besan -21/2 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Haldi-1/4th tsp
Garam masala-1/4th tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Chopped Cilantro
Baking soda -2 pinch
Chopped Cilantro
Oil -To deep fry

Tadka:-
Oil-3-4 tbspn
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves
Onion-1/2
Whole red chillies-2-3
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
