"What I'm doing. I'm drinking a glass of water. If you're on any of these medications—Ozempic, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide—um, it's really imperative that you drink a lot of water. Now, I'm talking about probably about a gallon a day. Now, this is about an 8 to 10 ounce cup of water. So you realize that at least four of these go into a quart and there are four quarts in a gallon. I know that sounds like a lot, but if you want these medications to work and you want to lose fat and not muscle, you need to drink a lot of water. The reason for that is for every ounce of fat that you burn, and you will be burning a lot of fat on these medications, you're losing water."
