MOSCOW, RUSSIA 18/12
WS of Communist Party head Gennady Zyuganov at presser
Zyuganov SOT (in Russian): "Today we saw that the government has
undergone a referendum and received a vote of no confidence. After
a vote like that any government would resign."
Cutaway press
Zyuganov SOT (in Russian): "We are for his (Kozyrev's) immediate
resignation. President Yeltsin first said he would fire him, and
then changed his mind, then talked about a replacement. He is
getting too old."
Cutaway press
Zyuganov SOT (in Russian): "The Duma will be different, the whole
situation will be different. If Chernomyrdin and Yeltsin say they
