Sharing Google Docs on WhatsApp is sending a link or file of your Google Doc to a contact or group within the WhatsApp chat conversation.

This allows someone to access, view, or even edit the document, depending on the permissions you have set.

🔶STEPS🔶
To share a Google Docs document on WhatsApp,
1. Open Google Docs in a web browser or the mobile app.
2. Open the document you want to share on WhatsApp.
3. Click on “File” in the top left corner of the screen.
4. Hover over "Share" and then select "Share with others" from the right side. You can click on the “Share” button in the top right corner.
5. In the mobile app, tap on the three-dot menu and select "Share & Export."
6. Under "General access," click the down arrow icon and select "Anyone with the link."
7. Click on the "Copy link" button and the "Done" button.

On the right side, you will see a drop icon. Click on this icon and select the role for the viewer (this includes Viewer, Commenter, and Editor).

Now, open WhatsApp on your computer or mobile device and go to the chat or group where you want to share the document.

Paste the copied link into the message box and send it.

You can also download the Google Docs file in PDF or any other format and send it directly to WhatsApp.
