If you live a sedentary life and want to make a change with a bit of exercise, but getting up and moving is just a bit to much for you right now⊠please give this routine a shot. Do 10 repetitions of each, or 30 seconds per move, repeating 2-3 rounds. Start with 2-3 times a week and the scale it up as you build strength and stamina. The first exercise can be done any time any place. Sitting up straight engages your core muscles which can help improve poor posture from years of being sedentary.
