This is a 5 min low impact full body warm-up that you can do before your workout. These are all standing and knee-friendly warm-up exercises which means no squats, no lunges, and no jumping. This is a great apartment-friendly warm-up that includes dynamic stretches ideal before a full body workout or cardio workout. This no jumping warm-up will get your heart rate up and your body ready for the workout.
