Yes, there are hormones for happiness. These are dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins. These hormones make you happy. So how to boost them naturally? Let us understand. First thing is go out, go out in sun, spend time in nature. The studies have shown that when you spend time in nature automatically these hormones increase. Exercise it is important to understand that exercise is fun and not just exercise but you can do group exercises. You can time the exercise and try different kinds of exercise whichever you like. It may be walking, cycling, running, swimming, yoga but be aware be moderate in exercise. If you over exercise you may feel other health issues. Next important thing is meditation. To be able to control the stress meditation is one of the most important parts of increasing the happy hormones especially mindfulness meditation called anapana and vipassana meditation is very useful. Scientific studies have shown that these meditations not only improve the happy hormones but also improve quality of sleep, your focus and concentration. Also eating your food regularly on time and having a good night's sleep. If you sleep very late you will realize that you will not feel fresh in the morning. Sleeping early will lead to the hormonal balance in your body especially the melatonin which is secreted after seven o'clock in the night is a sleep hormone and this will boost your happy hormones. So to be able to boost your happy hormones you have to take care of your food, eating nutritional food, taking supplements, eating when you're hungry, sleeping early, doing a regular exercise, going out in nature meditating and last but not the least is the practice of gratitude. When you practice gratitude when you say thanks for everything any small thing around you automatically you enhance your happy hormones and of course a little activities like cooking with your loved ones, spending time with your loved ones, having food with your loved ones also helps to boost your happy hormones.
