Here are 2 movements that I would prioritize as a physical therapist!

Warming up the hips, knees and core can be tremendously helpful whether you are in pain or not
If you are in pain- make sure the movements feel good and modify as needed

Walking can be a great cardio activity but it can also flare up pain without the right warm up, muscle strength and/or mobility.
