Your glute muscles help to stabilize and support your hips, knees and spine ☝🏽

Without appropriate strength and warm up- your glutes may not be working as optimally as they need to. This can lead to stiffness, pain and even limping πŸ‘€

These two quick exercises are my favorites when it comes to strengthening and warming up the glutes πŸ‘πŸΌ

Modify the repetitions as needed. The heavier the resistance the harder it will be. Doing without the band is also an option. Use support as needed⚠️

Complete 1-3 sets depending on how difficult these exercises feel. These can be done before a walk or as part of your strength routine πŸ‘πŸ½
