Without appropriate strength and warm up- your glutes may not be working as optimally as they need to. This can lead to stiffness, pain and even limping π
These two quick exercises are my favorites when it comes to strengthening and warming up the glutes ππΌ
Modify the repetitions as needed. The heavier the resistance the harder it will be. Doing without the band is also an option. Use support as neededβ οΈ
Complete 1-3 sets depending on how difficult these exercises feel. These can be done before a walk or as part of your strength routine ππ½
