A sensational murder incident has shocked Amritsar, Punjab, where an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) sarpanch was shot dead during a wedding ceremony at a local resort. The shocking crime took place in the middle of celebrations, creating panic and chaos among guests.

According to initial information, the deceased has been identified as Taj, the sitting AAP sarpanch from Valtoha. Reports suggest that two young men came from outside and opened fire at close range, hitting the sarpanch on the head during the wedding function. He collapsed on the spot and died due to severe injuries.
