Outbreaks of heavy rain moving north across Wales and central and southern England, with a yellow warning in place. Turning drier with sunny spells during the afternoon, but a few thunderstorms and heavy showers developing. Drier across Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland with sunny spells in the west but cloud in the east and through the central belt producing drizzle in places.
