Met Office Evening Weather Forecast 04/04/24 - More heavy rain and some snow in the north

Outbreaks of rain will continue to spread northwards across south-west England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, into central and northern areas overnight and into Friday morning. The rain will be heavy in places and hill snow will start to fall over high ground across northern England and Scotland.
