Church Acknowledges Secret Polygamy Revelation 📜

BIG NEWS in Latter-day Saint Church History.

For the first time ever, the Church has acknowledged and published a controversial revelation from Prophet John Taylor that some have argued means polygamy should have NEVER ended.

It's an 1886 document, hand-written by John Taylor that was never published, never canonized.

And it talks about how God’s covenants are everlasting and 'cannot be revoked,' in the context of whether polygamy should continue despite so much government persecution.

At the time, John Taylor himself was in hiding from federal agents for practicing plural marriage.

So if this were a true, legitimate revelation of a prophet of God, why would the church discontinue polygamy just a few years later with the 1890 Manifesto?

And even more so, why would they deny the existence of this revelation in 1933?
