Windows 11 22H2 KB5018427 Update Highlights

This is the October 2022 Patch Tuesday update for those on Windows 11, version 22H2 - bringing minor security improvements and patching vulnerabilities, to make Windows more secure.

All improvements from KB5017389 (stable - Release Preview features do not count) are available in KB5018427, including notification badging for Widgets.

Note - this is NOT the October 2022 feature drop ('Moment 1') - that will be the October 2022 optional update. The features for that update are being slowly rolled out to Release Preview Channel Insiders. You can check out a video on the features in that update here: https://youtu.be/xpvdNr-0Wf8
