Windows 11 22H2 KB5017389 Update with Widgets & Fixes

This latest and first optional non-security bug fix update fixes some Microsoft Store issues, a corrected daylight savings time date for users in Chile, IE mode issues, an issue affecting the Microsoft Japanese IME, Task Manager issues, adds more dynamic Widgets content to the taskbar with notification badging, numerous bug fixes and improvements. The update pushes Windows 11 22H2 to build 22621.608.
