Windows 11 22H2 KB5017389 Final Testing in Release Preview

This latest optional "C" release update (now in final testing) fixes some Microsoft Store issues, sign-in issues with various Microsoft Office 365 apps, a corrected daylight savings time date for users in Chile, a failing network configuration affecting static IPs, some IE mode issues, an issue affecting the Microsoft Japanese IME, Task Manager issues, adds more dynamic Widgets content to the taskbar with notification badging, numerous bug fixes and improvements. The update pushes Windows 11 22H2 to build 22621.607 and will be released to the Stable version shortly.
