And is a process that can be used to help people reach an agreement without going to court. It has the considerable advantage of an earlier resolution of the issues between people without the involvement of the court. <br /> <br />Which can be much quicker and it’s much less expensive and if you can reach an agreement through a mediated process then it has a much better chance of being a long-term successful arrangement.
