Many are striking heavily populated areas, including the capital, Tehran, and other major cities. Despite a near-total Internet blackout, video of the attacks quickly surfaced on social media. Iran’s counterattacks have struck cities in Israel and other US allied countries, bringing the buzz of the Shahed drones to major tourist destinations.
