Biking La Gomera: The Excursion That Changed Me 🚴‍♂️

While visiting La Gomera in the Canary Islands, I took a cruise excursion sponsored by MeinSchiff where we biked through the city of San Sebastian and up the side of the beautiful, tropical vegetation covered mountain to a height of 1475ft / 450m. It literally was more than I could take! My pulse was at a constant 170 and eventually, I had to call it quits! Getting old sucks, people! #biking #canaryislands #cruiseship
