Configure Tales of Xillia on RPCS3 through the following steps :
1- Right click on Tales of Xillia Game
2- Select Change Custom Configuration
3- Go to GPU Tab and set the Frame limit to 60
4- Set the resolution scale to 200%
5- Set the resolution scale threshold to 515x515
6- Go to Advanced tab and set the Vblank Frequency to 30 Hz
7- Tap on Apply then Save Custom Configuration
8- Run the game
