With the online harms Bill aiming to protect children on-line social Steganography indicates that the proposed changes won't protect vulnerable children. In fact it will reduce their privacy in violation of their humans rights.

Specifically Article 21:
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
