Save and Restore Index View Settings for Seamless Navigation 🔄

We want to persist the current Filter, Sort and Paging settings of a Index View so when the user comes back from Edit, Create, Details or Delete, the Index View will look the same as when they left it! The trick is to save the Index Parameters we have added to the URL.<br /><br />This avoids one of the main complaints user have about MVC applications.
