I gave her my cell phone number to use if she was unable to reach me at my desk, and she called me on her lunch time with a solution. By the end of the day there were service technicians at Dr. Ling's home. My encounter with Ms. McBride was one I would repeat. She seems to care a great deal about customer satisfaction and followed up with me more than once to see that Dr. Ling was satisfied.
