He was very fast (you can tell he knew what he was doing) and he took the time to show me several times how to work the system. Ronnie with Ackerman Security was also on time which I have always had bad luck with service people coming out late or cancelling so this was a nice surprise. I am VERY GLAD I choose Ackerman Security. Also, John Norris the sales consultant was great also. He took the time with my concerns and all the questions and did not pressure us in any way.
