About this video
This month, something really cool is happening in the night sky. It’s called a planetary parade, and it means several planets will line up and be visible around the same time. Just after sunset in mid to late February, you can look toward the west and southwest to spot them. Venus and Mercury will be close together near the horizon, Saturn will sit lower in the sky, and Jupiter will shine high above. If you have binoculars or a small telescope, you might even spot Uranus and Neptune nearby. Toward the end of the month, they line up even better, so step outside and see how many planets you can find.
