Poll watchers representing various candidates gathered outside the gate of Epifanio Delos Santos Elementary School in Manila on Monday, May 5. after being denied entry on the final day of the Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) of the Automated Counting Machines (ACMs).<br /><br />According to the watchers, they were barred from entering due to the absence of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) signature on their official appointment papers.
