Best Apple Cranberry Pie Recipe for New Year 🎉

Ingredients

Frozen cranberries 24 Ounce

Granny smith apple 6 , peeled , sliced

Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Apple pie spice 1 Teaspoon

Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon

Salt To Taste

Melted butter 1 Tablespoon

Pie crust dough 2

Egg wash 4 Tablespoon

Sugar 2 Tablespoon


Directions
GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 450°F.
MAKING:

In a bowl, combine apple, cranberries, sugar, apple pie spice, salt, melted butter and mix well.
Place pie dough into deep dish pie plate and transfer the filling into it.
Cut the other pie dough into strips and cover the filling like lattice pie as shown in the video.
Place on baking dish, baste with egg wash and sprinkle sugar over it.
Pop into oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for another 25 minutes or until golden brown.
