October 2025 ARS Meeting: Funding Decisions

The Application Review Subcommittee (ARS) reviews the Grants Working Group’s and Facilities Working Group’s recommendations for funding and makes decisions on applications for funding in public meetings.

The ARS is composed of the members of the Board from biotechnology institutions and patient advocates. The other members of the Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee (ICOC) serve as ex-officio members of the Subcommittee. The Subcommittee is chaired by the Chairperson of the ICOC, with the support of the Vice-Chair of the ICOC.
