Happy Halloween! Project Bullrun is a highly classified collaboration between spy agencies to
bypass the encryption of the internet. The only reason we know about it is because of the
Edward Snowden leaks. Spy agencies have been scared of strong encryption for a while now,
and have determined the easiest way to keep from “going dark” is to find other ways around it.
The leaked documents show a wide-spread, incredibly expensive operation to infiltrate
