NATO Exercise Dynamic Manta 2019

U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Andrew C. Lennon, commander, submarines NATO, describes Dynamic Manta 2019 an annual Allied Maritime Command exercise conducted in the Mediterranean Sea, designed to develop proficiency between NATO nations in anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare. The exercise involved ships, submarines, aircraft and personnel from 10 Allied nations including: Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
