NASA’s NESSI: A New Eye on Distant Galaxies & Exoplanets 🌌

What started as notes scribbled on a napkin, is now NASA’s new exoplanet hunting tool called NESSI. The instrument has already helped examine alien worlds' atmospheres, like “hot Jupiters” with a “sunscreen” atmosphere layer and another with “rains of terror.”
