Windows 11 February Update: Fix or Fumble? 🎮

Did the February update fix the problems with the January update? I set out to test the gaming performance with the Windows 11 February update and found some really interesting info. It turns out the problem with Windows 11 is nowhere near as bad as the problem with the reporting on the problems itself.
