METRIC: The Birth of an Idea 🎬

METRIC is an experimental film about the birth of an idea. <br /> <br />Ideas start out as small bursts of synaptic energy in the mind. They are sculpted by complex variants such as memories, sights, sounds, taste, smells, colors, and more. <br /> <br />For this animation, I tried to imagine the idea as a digital machine-like form comprised of oscillating layers expanding through a mysterious noir-like space. The darkness beyond could potentially be a fear of the unknown. Since an idea is born from energy, the light it emits guides it through the unknown as it solidifies.
