Kerala Actress Attack Case: നടി ആക്രമിക്കപ്പെട്ട കേസിൽ അതിജീവിതയും നടൻ ദിലീപും തമ്മിൽ കടുത്ത ശത്രുത നിലനിന്നിരുന്നു എന്ന പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ വാദം വിശ്വസനീയമല്ലെന്ന് കോടതി. ഇതിനായി പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ ഹാജരാക്കിയ തെളിവുകളും സാക്ഷിമൊഴികളും പരസ്പരവിരുദ്ധമാണെന്ന് കോടതി നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു.ദിലീപ് ഷോയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നടന്ന വിദേശ പര്യടനത്തിനിടെ നടിയോട് ദിലീപ് മോശമായി പെരുമാറിയെന്നും ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തിയെന്നുമാണ് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ ആരോപിച്ചത്.

In the actress assault case, the court observed that the prosecution’s claim of deep-seated enmity between the survivor and actor Dileep is not credible. The court noted that the evidence and witness statements produced by the prosecution to support this claim are mutually contradictory. It also referred to the prosecution’s allegation that during a foreign tour related to a stage show, Dileep had behaved improperly towards the actress and had threatened her.
