Libya’s Devastating Floods: Climate Crisis or Cloud-Seeding? 🌊

Proponents of climate change have claimed that the unprecedented flooding in Libya, is as a result of climate change. We don’t know that yet without a serious investigation. Africa has been the ground used extensively for carrying out various weather modification experiments, including cloud seeding by Western organizations. The results of a study in South Africa on cloud-seeding reported that flooding could be a result of cloud-seeding. We know that the United States reportedly weaponized the weather through cloud-seeding during Operation Popeye in Vietnam. It is time to ask the tough questions. The weather is always changing, and plays a role in flooding occasionally. However, Afribundance is calling for a more robust and thorough investigation, into the consequences and impact of weather modification experiments such as cloud-seeding or solar geoengineering in Africa.
