Israeli soldiers fire teargas at funeral of two Palestinians killed in West Bank

Israeli forces fired tear gas at mourners during the funeral of two Palestinians in the West Bank, as anger mounted following their killing a day earlier. The victims, 14-year-old Aws al-Naasan and 32-year-old Jihad Abu Naim, were shot dead near a school in the village of al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah. Al-Naasan was a student at the school and had just left classes when he was shot dead, school staff reported.

Israeli forces said they were "investigating" the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
